Can I change the address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made after your order is shipped. You can quickly start the process by calling our support line 03-226828. If the cargo company accepts the address change, your request is processed. However, it should be taken into account that in such cases the delivery time may be extended. You can follow all stages and see where your order is in the order tracking section.

What should I look for when I submit my order?
When receiving your order, the cargo package may be torn, crushed, wet, etc. You should definitely check if there is a problem. We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same as those reflected in the invoice. In case of any problem, please report your case within 24 Hours.

When are orders shipped?
The order you have placed is delivered to the cargo depending on the delivery time of the product in your order. Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 3 business days. We do not send cargo on Saturdays and Sundays. You can track your orders in the 'My Orders' tab in the 'My User Account' section. However, hindering factors such as harsh weather conditions may cause your cargo to be delayed.
How long can I keep products in my cart?
The products you have added to your cart are not reserved. The product can be kept in your cart as long as it is available for sale.
How can I check my orders?
You can check your orders from the 'My Orders' tab in the 'My User Account' section.
Is VAT included in the prices of the products I buy?
VAT is included in the sales price of every product sold on Madame Coco.

How can I order?
After adding the products, you want to your cart on the Madame Coco website; You can complete your shopping easily and quickly by filling in the requested information completely and accurately in the address and payment stages.
Can I add products to my order?
You can add products from different campaigns to your cart and purchase them with a single shipping fee. You cannot add products to the order you have paid for. However, you can cancel your order and create a new order, add the missing products to your new order and have all products sent to your address with the same cargo.
How can I cancel my order?
Your order cancellation request: You can submit your cancellation request by checking the order tracking screen, by contacting our Customer Services on 03-226828 or by contacting us at [email protected] before your product is delivered to cargo and an invoice is issued for your order. Can I exchange my order?
You can only exchange the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, in its original package and in the same condition as it was received.
Who pays the shipping when the product is returned?
The return shipping fee of the product you want to return for any reason will be covered by us.
How do I make an exchange?
You can exchange the products within 14 days after they reach your address. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. The required fields must be filled in, signed and sent along with the invoice. Exchange can also be done in stores.
What is the period for Exchanging the purchased product?
The exchange period for a resalable product that you want to return for any reason is 14 days after delivery.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Products that come into contact with the body during use (underwear, headphones, bijouterie, etc.), cosmetics, and electronic personal care products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Products damaged due to user error (fall, impact, etc.) cannot be returned.

Your credit card may not be approved during your order for different reasons. How can I become a member?
After clicking the 'Sign Up' button at the top right of the Madame Coco home page, fill in the required information completely and accurately in the 'Quick Sign Up' form and click the "Save" button. Your membership will then be activated after you verify your account with the confirmation code sent to your e-mail address or phone.
What should I pay attention to during the membership process?
The information you provide in the member registration form must be correct. It is not possible to re-register with the e-mail address previously registered with Madame Coco. The password you choose; It must contain numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters and be at least 6 characters.
No confirmation email arrived. What should I do?
A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. When you click on the link in the email, your account will be verified and activated. If you cannot reach the confirmation e-mail, the e-mail provider you use may have sent the incoming message to the 'junk', 'bulk' or 'spam' folders of your inbox.
