·        Cosmetics and Fragrance are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

·        Damage products reported to our customer service department by filling the exchange form on the website or by chatting with us on the chat button within 24 hours of receiving the order are subject to direct exchange.

·        Damage products reported after the 24 hours of receiving the order are subject to after service conservations and this work may range from 2 to 5 working days.

·        Refunds are not allowed.
